What types of residential properties does WNS Realty Group manage?
We manage Annual and Short Term Rentals, such as Airbnb and vacation stays.
Where are WNS Realty Group’s rental properties located?
Our Rental Properties are all over Tampa Bay area. This includes all of the surrounding counties such as Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, and Pinellas County.
What is my total move-in costs?
One month of rent, the security deposit, pet deposit if applicable, and any short-term lease fees (if applicable) will all need to be paid in certified or cleared funds prior to you receiving keys for your new home.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. Additional deposit for pets will be determined based on how many furry family members you have and how big they are.
What’s your maintenance process?
All requests for maintenance need to be requested in writing and must be approved in writing by our office prior to any work being done.
What if I cannot pay on time?
We can try to work with you to arrange a payment plan acceptable to the property owner, however, the late fee charge in your lease will be assessed to you. Be sure to contact us before your due date so that we can notify the property owner of your payment plan. Please call (813) 397-9237.
What happens to the security deposit if one person moves out?
The security deposit is handled between the tenants. The security deposit remains with the property until the entire property has been vacated, we do not refund portions of a security deposit to individual roommates.
How long will it take to process my application?
There are two steps in the application process. The first step is the online application that allows us to verify background, rental history and credit. This usually takes no more than one business day to see results. The second step is the signing of the lease offer. To expedite this process, we use an online eSignature solution!
